  1. When walking, remember that your dog’s behavior will reflect upon you. Your dog should never jump on people or bark excessively unless they truly are trouble.
  2. Your dog should be under control at all times when it is being walked.
  3. Always carry small waste bags in your pocket to clear up after your dog.
  4. Well-trained dogs should not need an extendable lead; use a stout, leather lead attached to a round, rolled collar.
