I found my structure again: How I am staying disciplined these next 6 months.
Hello, Gorgeous!
She’s back.
And better than ever.
In the next six months, I am sticking to this particular pattern and then switching to a complete alternative the latter six months of the year.
Why?
I have an experiment I am running and plan to report back. Subscribe here to stay updated – it’s free!

The first half of 2026 means monk mode in my work as

January is the time to collect data so I can find what to focus on in February and optimise in March. This means I have turned my schedule upside down and am working until 5am.
Funny enough, this is going to be perfect for Ramadan, so I am technically not really fasting. I usually only eat a big lunch much later in the day.
This works out perfectly to keep my sanity and show up as my best self all day. Especially towards my Muslim sweetheart as he gets quite hangry. ðŸ¤

My new routine looks like this
12-2 pm wake up + breakfast + create content
3-4:30 pm work out
4:30-6 pm shower + rest + errands
6-8 pm get ready to go out with my girls for the night
9-2 am meet as many people as possible to network
2-4 am come home and work / create more content
I know this sounds insane, but I have a really specific goal I am trying to achieve.

Here is how I’ve been impacted by this new routine.
- I stopped putting on makeup until the evening.
Typically around 6pm. It feels right. The way protocol is supposed to be. I feel so beautiful and confident in my natural skin throughout the day. People have been turning their heads to look at me and I think it is because of my new aura. This is a new me.

- I feel healthier with more structure than ever.
This is because of the time crunch and deadlines I have given myself. I have zero excuses to give and am actually doing a Fabulous for 365 days challenge since I loved the 30 day challenge so much.
I have no choice but to concentrate on good nutrition, cooking whole foods at home, sleep restfully, work out, and take care of my skin. When I sleep late, it typically wreaks havoc on my skin.
Currently, I am experiencing the results of late nights out. One blemish have overstayed its welcome. I need to workout to feel tired to sleep by a certain time and it also gets my brain going for social interaction and writing content for you, my loves.

- I am more glamorous than ever.
Since my new schedule is so hard on my body and mind, it has forced me to prioritise self care and health first and foremost. To survive the night, I have to do an everything shower, because I am working out so well, do my hair evening glamorous fabulous, and shine bright as a positive star with my girls. I love showing up for others in the best version of myself possible.
This sleep mask has saved my life.

The blinds in my apartment are broken and keep falling apart for absolutely no reason. I cannot stop giggling, because you breathe on them and they crack or fall out of their headrail.
My Adam told me to not invest in this place when it comes to drapes, because we plan on moving this year. To a much better equipped home.
Originally, I gifted this sleep mask to my sweetheart, but he never uses it. It is silk, washable, and very comfortable. The problem I have with sleep masks is they mess up your hair and you have to start all over again really putting effort into styling your hair in the morning.
Also, contour masks are uncomfortable and stiff. This feels like a soft pillow wrapped around your head and blacks out the world around my eyes. In other words, this Lunya mask is highly forgiving and puts you in a dream state.
I would buy this all over again in the different colours, designs and prints for travel and want to have them in each room in our next place for guests.

This is not what life is designed to look like.
As a disclaimer, I do not want you to think you should try this. I am putting my body through jetlag and extremes. It actually made me feel lazy and lethargic at first. Take care of yourself and enjoy my journey, but do not try this at home, kids!
In the subsequent six months things will look very different with a completely new Gia. I am not 100% certain of what that looks like in detail – or at least I am not going to share with you just yet! I am keeping my cards close to my chest, because if I give too much away, it might scare you.

However, I plan to return to being a daytime early riser in the last half of the year.
Results of my efforts have already been exceptionally rewarding. What is supposed to feel like an emotional roller coaster is not fazing me, because I am so dedicated and trust the process. Everything will turn out exactly how I want it to be and more.
In the next ten days, I will see more returns guaranteed because I finally found where I need to streamline. I promise to open up more about this process later this year as I uncover and understand more with additional information.

Now is not the time. But hang in there! I definitely am. You guys have zero idea what I am talking about and referring to when it comes to my schedule, but you will see very soon! I am so excited.
As I continue on this little expedition, I am reminded that growth isn’t always linear, but it is always worth it. Staying committed, keeping true to the course, making small, intentional adjustments is already paying off in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
For now, I’m fully present in the progress I am making. Keep going, stay patient, and remember—every step forward brings you closer to your goals. You are right where you need to be.
