My One A Day Rule To Reach Your Goals: 5 Goals For August 2025
Some brilliant people time block to get all the things on their list done. I have a handful of really small things that I used to overthink and stress over. But now that I think of them as a small, easy tasks, it feels more doable. Breaking it down into one a day makes it so much simpler and practical to focus. Here is my one a day rule that sets me up for success to reach my goals.
Note: These are not my personal goals for this month. You might find me divulge more in detail in a vlog what those are, but these are my online goals to keep connecting with you.

Write 1 blog a day. This is my big goal.
Originally, I was looking into the latest big thing for content creators: Substack. But realised I do not want to share my thoughts behind a paywall. I already give out so much for free and people intrinsically do want more, because of the already given value. I do not mind and prefer keeping things this way, because my blog is also more personable, customisable, and it is easier to keep track of thigns this way.
Some blog posts are never meant to see the light of day and having thoughts saved for myself feels like an expensive, high-value move. In a world where people set up their tripods and cry into the camera, I want to move a little bit more mysteriously when it comes to my thoughts. They are fleeting and not worth sharing anyway.
I used to post blogs with all my thoughts and wishes, but I feel like nobody reads them, and they take a lot of effort to portray this image of me in a consistent way. (My thoughts are all over the place.) Also, it was simply an excuse to share day to day images that I could simply post as a carousel of within a blog with a brief caption.
Using your (a reader’s) time is important to me when sharing only valuable things that will potentially benefit you. That means so much more to me than injecting my personality for the sake of sharing who I am. I feel like that unfolds along the way.
There are so many posts on here with tons of information that are straight and to the point. I have a lot to share. That is why this blog seems so scattered. It hurts me in the short tern, but in the long run, I have a lot to smile back on. I am going to double down on the value each post gives and condense it as much as possible, becuase that is what I prefer to ingest.
How you do that is by writing a plethora of ideas, highlighting the good bits, and sharing those in one coherent, digestible post. Make it pretty. Make it short. Make it powerful. Like me!

1 Outfit a day. My 2nd big goal
Something people have been asking me for over and over are my outfit ideas. I keep getting requests for lookbooks of strictly outfits. I tried to make a big splash on YouTube with health ideas, productivity tips, and good books. Yet everyone asks for beauty and style advice. I do not mind, because it is so much fun!
I love making things beautiful and perpetuating the notion that everything you touch becomes beautiful.
If you kill a cockroach, you’re a hero.
If you kill a butterfly, you’re a villain.
Morals have aesthetic criteria.
- Friedrich Nietzsche
I have taken action into creating moodboards to post everyday with different outfit ideas, but am also buckling down into trying things on again and talking about more style as I rebuild my entire wardrobe from the ground up. Essentially, you are coming along for the ride with me as I establish my style all over again. Building a new uniform is like building a new you. It is fabulous to reinvent yourself appearing in a new classic.
Achieving the look of one outfit a day gets me together for the day and ready for anything looking my best. This includes grooming, working out so I can look good in clothes and taking care of my health in general so I do not look tired or stressed. How I show up looking my best makes other facets of my life a thousand times better.

1 aesthetic image a day.
This might not seem like a big deal, but documenting what I do as a journal has become easier by going through my iPhone’s photo memories. Sometimes, I completely forget I did something fun. As I get older, the activities are usually better, because I spend more time with people I love and want to be around more. This is simply the art of noticing and I wanted to look back on even more fantastic memories.

1 video a day
Sharing more across multiple platforms is a given, but I have to contribute one good thought a day to the world. It does not have to be posted right away, but can be filmed and edited into a longer vlog with a collective of multiple of these positive thoughts. This is simply to collect what I look like and journal my experiences over time. I want to see tons of progress this time next year. Or even next month. Time flies and I find myself carrying a review into 60 days instead of 30.

1 platform a day.
I used to sit for hours doom scrolling on several platforms, scattering my time and mind into multiple useless areas. To reduce the noise, if I sit down to use social media, I will typically stick to one platform a day to not overstimulate myself and stay sane.
This could mean short bursts throughout the day or one break using the app and then another later in the day. I do not want to be chronically online, which is actually why I started my being more consistent on my blog – to keep things in one place.
Signing up to my newsletter is an easy way to keep everything you want to see in one corner of the internet as opposed to spreading your energy and wasting time. This is an ultra-personalised place where we can connect outside of user terms and conditions of other companies and have unfiltered thoughts. I welcome them.
We all could use a little help realigning with our dream self. If you would like to share your goals, tips on how to reach them, or to simply speak them into existence, I would be more than thrilled to see them in the comments below.
