Good things take time: Think of this to live your dream life
Hello, Gorgeous!
I am living my dream life right now.
I know my apartment is not yet fully furnished, but it will be.
Good things take time.
Binding myself to a short deadline only hinders success, and I am learning to be impervious to my old habits.
Listening to Alex Hormozi, he said that people lose fuel to their flame when they give themselves three months to do or die when it comes to a goal. Their only misstep is that they did not give themselves more time to commit to working towards triumph.
My girlfriend – who got married today – used to date a guy with not so bad business ideas who would drop them after three months after not making a sale.
Technically, he had two problems. One being he had no idea who his audience was. The final being he had no long term vision or purpose for his ventures.

What I’ve learnt from his countless mistakes (and mine) is rushed plans never work.
It is one thing to have a deadline to give yourself a measurable objective. But it is the definition of utter failure to give up entirely. I never want to give up with anything I do that is good.
When you slap something together out of desperate action, it is a form of self-sabotage. The short-sightedness hurts you from accomplishing long term intentions and you pay for them twice.
Yes, sometimes you have a little luck with hastily assembling plans, but nothing is perfect. I only know a handful of people who have serendipity on their side, but they are typically people with an inordinate amount of means.

Living slowly has clarified my thinking and actions more than ever.
Now that I have my own quiet space to land after work without the chaos of messy clothes, disorganised undone chores, and a stressed out sweetheart living with me, I can make moves. On my terms.
This apartment is bigger, cleaner, and more aesthetically inspiring that I already set up systems to keep the place organised and make my optimised routines more effective.

My dream life has only started.
- I have girlfriends I can spend time with every single day.
- My cat can run around and play.
- Clothes are organised and visible.
- Skin and hair are glowing.
- The fridge is stocked with healthy food.
- Adam visits me during Ramadan and kisses me sweetly when his fast is over.

Everything else is fixable with time and thought.
There is still so much to do to make this apartment livable.
My back hurts a little bit for now, feeling sore leaning too long on certain parts of my body when I wake up in the midst of night to adjust. My treadmill arrived and I can walk as I work to get the juices flowing. Evian waters are readily available in almost every room to drink, so I always have prompts to stay hydrated.

These are my priorities.
Next up are a dining table with comfortable chairs, a dresser, and more flatware so I do not have to waste so much water when using the dishwasher. I want to be covered in perfume all the time full glam done or not. And I am!
Currently, I am shopping for lightweight jackets and need to tailor some clothes, because I have everything I need and ever wanted. Everything else is a bonus.
My style is changing and I am going to have a small haul of a few jackets, bags, and shoes at maximum, but everything else is going towards the home.

Champagne problems
The only real problem I can think of is there not being enough hours in the day to see loved ones, spend time on working out, and serving my clients and audience with beautiful inspiration. It truly is the little things.
Since I have been living luxuriously offline, the only part that I am missing is recording it to share everything with you and how you can do it too.
Thank goodness for this blog that it may remind someone of what they have and provide stimulus to make their everyday life a little better.
