Be so memorable you have to learn to turn off your charm.
Hello, Gorgeous!
I am sick of being the center of attention. It is an absolute pleasure and relief to be rejected.
As I grow older, it takes more energy to get to know people because I am actually listening. Actively paying close concentration to every insignificant nuance.
This includes the detail and effort it takes to pencil in an event into my calendar to see if I am available. Available not only in time but effort and presence. Though I never regret it, seeing people can be exhausting.
Being the life of the party is so overrated and too much responsibility. I am here to enjoy the party.
Here is why it is an absolute pleasure and relief to be rejected.
We have glow ups to mark our obsession with being the lady who turns everyone’s head in a room.
Yet I take it back. Suffering from high self esteem is great, but I do not want to be her anymore. Spotlight be gone.
It is one thing to be lovely as people notice out over time. But having an outstanding look is an entirely different beast. A first impression not to be bargained with.
Always having looked funny because I am ethnically different immediately creates a question mark on people’s faces. Then, they hear my name and are even more confused asking me several questions to get an answer they hopefully are familiar with.
That is not the case. Which renders even more explaining I do not want to do. Especially after knowing I do not want to care about these rude people.
After working on my looks and personality, I only want to disappear.
The problem with being the radiant woman is you have to filter out a lot. Many different types of people you do not even want to be associated with along with fighting off men who want to be considered potential suitors.
Ahhh. My steak is too buttery!
This is not a flex. A few first dates ago, a man insisted I love being the center of attention. Slumping over, I made it clear how little energy I have left in my 30s to even be noticed. I am tired of the repeated enquiries to the point of entertaining myself with funnier quips each time. Ugh. It has made me even more charming.
With great luminosity comes great responsibility.
I only want to be attractive to one man and my dear friends.
It Girls have an amazing superpower where they can have anyone they choose. But since the odds are good–the goods are odd. You come to learn right away that a majority of people are not naturally those you want to be next to.
First impressions are the high volume on headphones I want to remove. You feel like a King Crab at a free buffet. There is a limit to your existence but vultures want more. Insist on more until your body gives out and they still intend to use your carcass as a trophy.
Because after they meet you, they talk about you to others and share their encounter. Sometimes relive it later with friends who were there.
Remember that hot girl who paid attention to me for a few seconds?
She does not want to remember you.

Being fabulous is not for the weak.
In a previous post, I mentioned how you have to be careful of who you spend your time with. There are downsides to this as strangers will sometimes try to smear your name when you did absolutely nothing. This has occurred to me several times in my life purely because of my appearance.
Teenage girls would find out their boyfriends cheated on them and they would lie using me as the one they cheated with, because they did not want to cheat with someone people looked down on. Again. I NEVER TOUCHED YOUR BOYFRIEND.
Of course he did not want people to know he cheated with someone not known for being attractive or a kind person. This was crazy as I had to pick up the pieces of a crying girl on several occasions where I was not involved in the first place.
Someone recently asked me out and I was never more relieved to be rejected.
I have a sweetheart and he is the only man on my mind. The heart I protect along with myself when it comes to others.
A stranger recently messaged me in my DMs making me want to throw up. He invited myself to my city to ‘watch good movies with me’. I told him he only wants sex and I am not interested. He proceeded to say how he is celibate and said to ‘take care’.
Right. That makes perfect sense. Celibate? Not by choice, I am certain. Fly across the country to watch movies with me. *gag*
With no anger or stress on my mind, I left it at that. No feelings. Just another day of being numb to men’s unwelcomed advances. I never felt so relieved to be turned away. There is only one man whose thoughts I wish to occupy and that will not change.
‘You’re boring.’ No, I do not have energy to be ‘on’.
Performative people have always disgusted me.
When I am present in making an appearance, I am simply myself. At the ripe age of 31, I have not a single cell left in me to waste time and effort on displaying some sort of feigned magnetism. It is too much work.
People wholeheartedly underestimate how lazy I am. Another problem is I am even funnier when I do not respond and deploy my fatigued facial expressions.
Once, a person mentioned how boring I was because I refused to entertain them (in my head). The truth was, I was depleted of any vitality left in me to overexplain and translate a word, because their English was so bad.
Their final statement of ‘You’re boring’ made me laugh and say to myself, ‘Thank God’. I almost thought I had to keep carrying on a conversation with this awful person who is entitled to being entertained.
How to get men to leave you alone
Tell a man you want to be single. He will whisper obscene scenarios in your ear.
Tell a man you have a boyfriend. He will still try to extort a date where only he benefits.
Tell a man you have a husband and children. He will convince you to cheat.
Tell a man you are only interested in spending his money–he will run away with his limp manhood in his hand.
No matter what, he is going to pursue you anyway.
I have finally found the answer to make men feel disgusted of me: use their own perceptions against them. Tell him you are a golddigger even though you make more than him and he will think you are Beelzebub’s spawn. No need to explain yourself anymore.
200 IQ move. You are welcome.
