How to live intentionally for the last half of the year

Hello, Gorgeous!

I love to focus on plans for the rest of my life.

Not for the immediate future but in the longer scope, because I know I will get to where I want and have another goal. Planning is a gift and a curse as there could be changes, but having a sense of direction will never steer you wrong.

Knowing where you are going will never stop you. You can take others along for the ride when you meet wonderful people with a similar path on the way. In other words, they are added to your plans–they don’t change them.

Here is the ideal opportunity to pause and reflect.

Savour the moment. You can and will find lasting progress this way.

This is the most intentional year I have had thus far. Call it a Lazaran comeback.

A bit seasoned in what I want and do not prefer, here are my plans for Summer, Autumn, and Winter. God might laugh but it must make it into my ramblings.

Instead of scrambling at the last second–purchase off-season.

Organise your wardrobe.

This sounds frivolous, but being intentional requires attention to detail. Resort is technically all year round. However, the cooler months are not.

I am already planning my layers in advance, so I do not have to scramble for technical gear and maintain my health with some sort of sanity.

Not only will the prices be friendlier but you can only have to concentrate on certain events when socialising engagements arise.

That is where I typically prioritise accoutrement and accessories.

Arrange all the seasonal skills you want to acquire or hone.

During the latter part of the year, I like to be cosy at home with keeping the oven on. This means cooking tools to whet your cleaver and appliances that are aesthetically pleasing.

It took me a few months to hunt down the ideal implements for my kitchen and I have finally found them for mostly under $200. You are welcome.

This also applies to Winter sports: ice climbing, skiing, everything waterproof. Do not forget an everyday jacket that is water repellent for daily errands. And overcoat to dress for evenings during symphony season or balls where you will be waltzing all night.

I am currently getting a giant luxury haul out of my system for the last part of 2026.

Make your home a haven.

As leaves change and evergreens find frost, this is when to find books you love to surround yourself with and notebooks to record your memories.

I have been enjoying my Kindle nightly and find my book budget going back up.

Lately, I have also been playing with the idea of scrapbooking with an iPhone photo printer to remind myself of my amazing life and create even more moodboards and magnets for future goals to reference. Yes, I want more of that please.

This is where standing chargers by my bedside and in my kitchen become a convenience aside blankets and rug pads to make me want to sit down on the ground with boardgames for longer.

Your goals are all over your home and you are always working towards something. Every part of your sanctuary must be excellent and bring you towards triumph. Excelsior.

Social maxing.

Spring is considered the time people come out and play for the social season, however I find people becoming closer during the holidays.

Buckling down with loved ones becomes easier with detailed hosting refinements that also make my life easier when I am home alone.

I love having guinea pigs over to try my latest recipes or have movie nights with friends who want to sit around laughing about absolutely nothing.

The goal is their presence must be as comfortable as mine when I am home with Cashmere.

Man in your life or not–make your life rich.

Life becomes remarkably beautiful when you stop waiting for it to begin and start curating it with intention.

The second half of the year is not about rushing to complete everything—it is about making every decision align with the life you are quietly building.

Whether it is your wardrobe, your home, your friendships, your career, or the person you love, each small choice compounds into a life you are proud to wake up to.

There is something deeply luxurious about being prepared, peaceful, and present. Here’s to finishing the year deliberately, beautifully, and exactly as the woman you are becoming.🥂
